Working in any culture different from your own can feel lonely and daunting. You have to work twice as hard to connect and understand before you are able to even implement the programs you set out to.
Many missionaries and leaders often feel isolated and misunderstood, having a hard time connecting with others, especially people who can help push them to grow.
That is why we want to strategically connect these missionaries and leaders with leadership coaches here in the US to walk alongside them for a set amount of time to help their ministry and churches grow.
