It is easy to give so much without creating space to refresh themselves that leaders can easily become depleted.
Everything starts to fall apart.
Their church (closed).
Their family (broken).
Their work (unfinished).
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Healthy people + a strong team are able to do the most effective ministry no matter where in the world they are. In our years of ministry we observed two main issues develop.
Dedicated leaders who give so much of themselves without slowing down that they and their family begin to suffer. We have seen this cause burn out, failed marriages, and people left hurting.
Passionate leaders unsure of the next practical steps to take to realize their goals.
