Strategic Planning
We utilize a strategic system to help your team clarify where you are, where you’re going, and how to get there.
Patrick is able to walk a church, non-profit or business through an intentional strategic planning process that is tailored to their needs. The goal of the process is to clarify where a ministry is, help outline where they are going, and make detailed plans for how to get there.
We have been on and lead teams that weren’t quite sure where they were going or how they were going to get there. It was frustrating to ourselves and to those we worked with. It demoralized the team culture, caused us to waste mental energy, and harmed relationships with the locals we worked with.
This is when we realized the crucial importance of having clarity in culture and strategy for where you are going.
Our aim is to use this very practical method to help teams clarify where they are going so everyone can function in their role more effectively. This method focuses on asking intentional questions to draw out perspective needed to plot out the best path forward.
Part of our commitment to our overseas partners is to walk them through a Strategic Planning Session and continue to check in for the following two years at 6-month intervals.
This is available during our yearly travel time, locally in Louisiana, or Patrick is available to travel to walk your team through this unique and powerful process.
